What’s included – Standard Package (£55pp): 90-minute guided perfume workshop. Each guest (including the bride) blends their own 10ml natural perfume roller to take home. ✨ Pricing: £440 base price covers 8 guests. Add up to 2 extra guests at £55pp (max 10 total). Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms All sessions, workshops, and private events are available by advance booking only. Spaces are limited, and full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. All experiences are for adults aged 18 and over only. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the preparation and materials involved in each experience, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred once to a future available date, provided at least 14 days’ written notice is given. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, or non-attendance on the day, will result in the full booking fee being forfeited. Rescheduling by The Scent Studio In the unlikely event that The Scent Studio must reschedule due to illness, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered the choice of a new date or a full credit for a future session. Arrival, Access & Timings Each experience runs for approximately 90 minutes. For private parties held in your home, Airbnb, or chosen venue, please ensure safe access is available 30 minutes before the scheduled start and 30 minutes after to allow for set-up and pack-down. Please be ready to begin at the agreed time. Late arrivals may shorten your experience. Health & Safety Workshops and parties involve the use of natural essential oils. If you are pregnant, have asthma, allergies, or any medical condition that could be affected by aromatherapy products, please seek medical advice from your GP or qualified health professional before attending. Participation is at your own discretion and risk. For safety and sensory reasons, alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during any session. Travel & Venue Travel within Milton Keynes, Newport Pagnell, Towcester, Buckingham, Woburn, Olney, and Bedford is included. Events outside these areas may incur a travel fee, confirmed prior to booking. Agreement By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
