Looking for a hen do idea that’s a bit different? This is a fun, hands-on perfume experience where your group creates their own signature scents together — something everyone can get involved in and actually enjoy. No awkward activities, no one left out — just a relaxed, interactive experience that feels easy from start to finish. I bring everything to you, so it fits perfectly into your plans whether you’re celebrating at home, in an Airbnb, or at a venue. What’s included: • A guided perfume blending experience (approx. 90 minutes) • Create your own 10ml natural perfume to take home • All materials, oils, and setup provided • Small group experience (usually 6–10 guests) • Hosted at your chosen location • No experience needed — I guide you through everything Perfect for: Hen parties, birthdays, and group celebrations where you want to do something a bit different. Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms All sessions, workshops, and private events are available by advance booking only. Spaces are limited, and full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. All experiences are for adults aged 18 and over only. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the preparation and materials involved in each experience, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred once to a future available date, provided at least 48 hours before’ written notice is given. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, or non-attendance on the day, will result in the full booking fee being forfeited. Rescheduling by The Scent Studio In the unlikely event that The Scent Studio must reschedule due to illness, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered the choice of a new date or a full credit for a future session. Arrival, Access & Timings Each experience runs for approximately 90 minutes. For private parties held in your home, Airbnb, or chosen venue, please ensure safe access is available 30 minutes before the scheduled start and 30 minutes after to allow for set-up and pack-down. Please be ready to begin at the agreed time. Late arrivals may shorten your experience. Health & Safety Workshops and parties involve the use of natural essential oils. If you are pregnant, have asthma, allergies, or any medical condition that could be affected by aromatherapy products, please seek medical advice from your GP or qualified health professional before attending. Participation is at your own discretion and risk. For safety and sensory reasons, alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during any session. Travel & Venue Travel within Milton Keynes, Newport Pagnell, Towcester, Buckingham, Woburn, Olney, and Bedford is included. Events outside these areas may incur a travel fee, confirmed prior to booking. Agreement By completing your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
